Requirement Analysis

At the same time, we will clearly explain the operating process, including the fee structure for the design phase, such as the payment methods for design fees and project management fees.

Initial Communication
Establishing effective communication channels to ensure that we can clearly understand your ideas while also being able to present our professional insights and suggestions to help shape the design direction. For pre-sale cases or commercial space cases, we may charge proposal or measurement fees before starting the design and offset this fee when signing the design contract.

Proposal Phase
Once the design contract is confirmed, in this phase, we will provide preliminary design proposals, showcasing our concepts to meet your needs. This includes sketches, concept drawings, as well as relevant materials and style references for confirmation of our understanding and gathering your feedback.

Design Planning
We will further discuss and adjust the design, develop specific floor layouts, and detailed design plans to make it more complete and appropriate. This includes in-depth discussions on materials, functions, brands, colors, and other details, as well as providing 3D simulated scenes for confirmation.

While construction is underway, we provide comprehensive engineering supervision to ensure that all stages of work comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and design specifications. This includes regular site inspections, resolving any potential issues that may arise, to ensure the smooth progress of the entire project.

Soft Furnishings and Decoration
This stage focuses on soft furnishings and interior installations. We achieve the aesthetics and practicality of interior design by arranging furniture, selecting curtains, placing artworks, and decorative items. This is a crucial stage in transforming living spaces into comfortable and uniquely styled homes.

Completion and Handover
After all construction projects are completed, we enter the completion and handover phase. This includes final inspections to ensure that all work meets contractual standards and handing over the entire residential environment to the client.
